Drove down to Seattle to see Bob Mould at the ShowBox last night. It absolutely transformative. He did Copper Blue in its entirety and all of Silver Age. He has a lot of fucking energy and his voice is just as gorgeous and powerful as it always was. One of the best parts of the night was after the show, I was talking to a group of sexy Bears and Bob’s scrawny guitar tech came down and interrupted me mid-sentence to say, “Hi guys. Bob would really like it if you stayed to hang out.” HOT!
